D K Shivakumar changed road plan to help NICE: H S Doreswamy

Freedom fighter H S Doreswamy has accused Energy Minister D K Shivakumar of changing the original plan of peripheral Road to help Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises (NICE) owner Ashok Kheny.
“When Siddaramaiah was the Deputy Chief Minister, there was an agreement with NICE regarding the Peripheral Ring Road. But, when S M Krishna was the Chief Minister and D K Shivakumar was Urban Development Minister, he had changed the alignment of the Peripheral Ring Road without bringing it to the notice of the cabinet. If it is true, what action will you initiate against him?” Doreswamy questioned the CM in a letter and urged him to clarify the matter to the public.
