Citizen participation is at the very heart of the MyCityMyBudget initiative - we facilitate collection of budget inputs from citizens online, through the Budget Bus and through the leadership of Resident Welfare and Apartment Associations and Community groups, and convene a formal submission of the Citizen Budget to the BBMP
Through the years approx. 12,500 citizen budget inputs were included to the extent of approx. ₹600 crore. This year the campaign focuses on eliminating Public Urination and improving Pedestrian Safety!

ನನ್ನ ನಗರ ನನ್ನ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜನಾಗ್ರಹ ನಡೆಸುವ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯು ನನ್ನ ನಗರ ನನ್ನ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಹೃದಯಭಾಗವಾಗಿದೆ - ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಂದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಬಜೆಟ್ ಬಸ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಂಘ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಿಕ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಗೆ ಔಪಚಾರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿ ಸುಮಾರು 12,500 ನಾಗರಿಕ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನುಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿ 600 ಕೋಟಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. . ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಅಭಿಯಾನವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮೂತ್ರ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆಯನ್ನು ತೊಡೆದುಹಾಕಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾದಚಾರಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದೆ!
